This month (October) is National Domestic Violence Awareness month and Heaven 100.1's The Chef is committing to making Heaven a part of the movement. On Friday, October 4, he had local Men Against Domestic Violence (M.A.D.) leader and legislative activist Christian Rainey in-studio to discuss the 7th annual Detra Rainey "Stop the Violence" awareness event being held the next day.
