Take the Plunge for a Cause:
Join the IOP Polar Plunge to Benefit the Special Olympics
Saturday, Feb. 24 | Isle of Palms
The water might be cold, but your heart will be warmed!
Saturday, Feb. 24, take part in the 2024 Isle of Palms Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics. Join Law Enforcement officers and personnel from across the Lowcountry for a day of fun for a great cause in front of the Windjammer. Along with the swim, the event also features a costume contest and live music from Bach to Rock.
100% of the funds raised directly benefit athlete programs around our state. Special Olympics South Carolina provides year-round sports training and competition for more than 30,707 children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The Isle of Palms Polar Plunge is part of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Torch Run fundraising campaign.
Even if you can’t make it to swim that day, you can still donate to the Polar Plunge here.
