at the Johns Island Harvest Day Festival

Charleston County Parks & Recreation is proud to announce the return of their Harvest Day Festival, happening Nov. 1 in Johns Island! Following the festivities of Halloween, you can enjoy the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of what Johns Island has to offer this holiday season.

The Harvest Day Festival features lots of foot-stompin’ fun with live bluegrass music from local bands such as YeeHaw Junction, Southern Flavor and Willie Wells & The Blue Ridge Mountain Grass Band. Savor the unique flavors from festival favorites like hot and fresh Carolina barbecue, kettle corn, and more! Activities, hayrides, and pumpkin decorating will be available for kids (and parents) to enjoy! The festival also features an open crafters market for guests to explore and start their holiday shopping.

The festival takes place Saturday, Nov. 1 from 11 AM to 5 PM at Johns Island County Park. Tickets will be available for $10 per person, ages 13 and up. The event is also dog-friendly, but dogs must remain on leashes at all times. Click here for additional information.
