As children will be getting ready to return to school in August, the City of North Charleston and South Carolina Legal Services have teamed up to put on their 21st annual Neighbor Day event. This event helps children get ready to go back to school by providing supplies, health screenings and more while also having fun with games, activities, music, and food! A shoe giveaway for children under 18 with a parent or guardian present will provide an opportunity for kids to walk into school on the first day in style!

The event will take place at the South Carolina Legal Services building from 11:00AM to 3:00PM, all families and children are welcome to come out, get school supplies, and have fun! It’s all about being a good neighbor and assisting the community.
