You can identify where he working. He don’t mind you being religious, he don’t mind you going to church. But he don’t want you to receive power. You see, when you receive power, you can bite the devil up.  You can get the enemy off of you.” Listen as Pastor Perkins explains that we can’t be witnesses to the unbelieving world until we have this Holy Ghost power.
