“The Importance of the Holy Spirit – Pt. 2” (Acts 1:8)
Pastor Jan Perkins| Fishers by Faith Ministries

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” – Acts 1:8

In this episode of Fishers by Faith, broadcasted on Aug. 11, 2022 on Heaven 100.1, Pastor Jan Perkins continues his series on the importance of the Holy Spirit, using the theology outlined in Acts 1, starting in verse 8. “The enemy don’t mind you being religious, but he don’t want you to have power,” Pastor Perkins says. “You see, when you got power, you can see his streaks. You can identify where he working. He don’t mind you being religious, he don’t mind you going to church. But he don’t want you to receive power. You see, when you receive power, you can bite the devil up.  You can get the enemy off of you.” Listen as Pastor Perkins explains that we can’t be witnesses to the unbelieving world until we have this Holy Ghost power.
