No. 3: Defining Who I Am – By How I Frame My Circumstances
Who told you your life experiences are there to keep you down? Who told you a prison has to have bars? Who told you you can’t do any better than your parents did? The Chef wants to encourage you to examine the areas where you’re assuming certain events/situations have to be bad or even stay as they are. Try asking these questions to see your potential and your circumstances differently: Can you identify the tombs you’re experiencing right now? How do you get to the place where you feel alive and peaceful? Who are the people you hang around every day? What are you picking up from them? Positive thoughts produce positive actions. Define who you are by what you say. The choice is up to you.
