“A Power Shortage in the Church” (Luke 11:9-13)
Apostle Bernard Whaley | Faith in Action Kingdom Ministries

This week, Apostle Bernard Whaley addresses what he calls “a power shortage in the church.” He reminds us that the church is called to be a light unto the world. And that anyone preaching that men are hopeless sinners in need of salvation and ending the story there are robbing people of the truth of the gospel, which is that when we plug into the power source, we become the light of the world. Luke 11:13 summarizes it this way: “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?” Listen as Apostle Whaley implores us to “unplug” from sin and “carry out the unfinished work of our Lord.”
