The Root of Our Salvation” (John 1:1-5)
Apostle Bernard Whaley | Faith in Action Kingdom Ministries

“In the beginning was the word.” (John 1:1-5) This week, Apostle Bernard Whaley talks about an important fundamental in understanding who we are “and whose we are.” Listen as he breaks down two importance concepts:

  1.  What our salvation is: “We’re talking about salvation from the power of sin over our lives… We need to know the authority in our lives and we need to know the power behind our salvation.”
  2. And what the root of it is: “The root of anything is the essence of what it is… Anything that grows has roots and the roots are usually hidden… What’s fueling it and all of its nutrition – everything comes from the roots. You can just how strong or powerful that root is when you look at the oak tree itself.”
