“Getting Through Your Storms” (Mark 4:36-41)
Rev. Dr. Isaac Holt, Jr. | Royal Missionary Baptist Church

This week, Rev. Dr. Isaac Holt, Jr. preaches on the familiar story of when Jesus, in the boat with His disciples, calmed a storm in the Sea of Galilea (Mark 4:36-41). “This storm is a picture of life. The ship is your life in the world… The troubles of life present themselves to us as sudden storms as long as we live.” Listen as Pastor Holt highlights how the text teaches us that walking with the Lord doesn’t exempt us from encountering these storms and that worry and fear can’t help us weather them, but that trusting Jesus and His promises will. We believe God with you that God is about to speak a word that is especially for you.
