“Jesus is a Need Eliminator” (John 2:1-11)
Rev. Dr. Isaac Holt, Jr. | Royal Missionary Baptist Church

This week, Rev. Dr. Isaac Holt, Jr. preaches on what we’re to do when a need arises that only Jesus can meet, using John 2:1-11, which retells Jesus’ first recorded miracle – turning water into wine at a wedding. “Something unexpected happens and you find yourself a day late and a dollar short… Somebody you believed in lets you down. Your ‘always good’ health begins to fail. Opportunities you thought would always be there? They’re not now. Your money runs out. The call you expected never comes through. The party you planned is turning into a disaster. And nothing to do but send everybody home…. Don’t give up on your dream, don’t give up on your plan, because no matter what you don’t have enough of, if Jesus is invited to the celebrations of your life, you’ll have what you need when you need it because Jesus is a need eliminator. He will meet you at your need… The beauty of this text is that everything worked out is because of one reason and one reason only: Jesus was invited.” Listen as Pastor Holt outlines three things we need to do when we hit a need that roadblocks us. We believe God with you that God is about to speak a word that is especially for you.
