“The Power of Pain” (2 Corinthians 12:7-10)
Rev. Dr. Isaac Holt, Jr. | Royal Missionary Baptist Church

This week, Rev. Dr. Isaac Holt, Jr. uses a frequently quoted verse in Paul’s second letter to the Corinthians (2 Corinthians 12:7-10) to remind us that our problems come with pain, but also with power and a purpose. He says, “I pray that… this text will help you understand better a season you may have just come out of. A season you may be about to go into. Or even a season that you’re going through right now. That there’s power in your pain.” Listen as Rev. Holt talks about “another gift,” one that requires you to “suffer some pain when you desire to be the best you can be.” We believe God with you that God is about to speak a word that is especially for you.
